For: the account owner (admin)
After you pay, we build your private Matrix server automatically. You can watch the progress in the portal.
Check the status
- Open your dashboard and sign in with the email address you used to buy your plan.
- Look at the card Account Status:
- Pending or Provisioning…: your server is being set up.
- Active: your server is ready. Continue with Set your password and sign in.
- Suspended: a payment failed. See Your plan, AI budget and renewal.
- Open Billing for details while the server is not active yet.
What the Billing page shows
- "Payment received… We are setting up your server…": everything is on track. Setup usually takes up to 30 minutes. You get an email titled "Your Matrix server is ready" when it's done.
- "Provisioning Failed": setup stopped. Click Retry Provisioning once.
- "Choose a plan": no payment has arrived yet. Choose your plan and complete the payment.
If it stays "pending"
If your server still isn't active an hour after payment, or Retry Provisioning doesn't help, ask our assistant in the chat (button at the bottom of the page) or write to service@agiliton.eu. The assistant passes your question to our team, and we answer by email. Include your domain (shown on the dashboard).
